2. The product requires a 1Amp 5V Adapter or USB Charger with a current higher than 1A to produce mist. Some older car USB systems may not meet this requirement, causing customers to think the product is faulty.

3. It is important not to add too much water to the product. There is a "Max line" indicator, and exceeding this line will prevent the diffuser from misting.

4. The product has only one control button, with a single press activating the mist and light. Some customers may mistakenly long-press the button, which only controls the light. This may lead them to believe the product is not working.

Additionally, over time, the diffuser may stop misting due to the buildup of essential oils forming scabs. It is recommended to clean the diffuser every 2-3 days with warm water and diluted vinegar, focusing on the white circle in the middle of the water tank.

The compact size of the diffuser fits perfectly in a car cup holder, with a USB cord hole positioned conveniently. The 1-meter USB cord is suitable for most cars. Remember not to exceed the maximum water level when using the diffuser.
